Theresa Garcia, M.A., SPHR
CEO, Consultant, Speaker, Facilitator

Theresa is an experienced executive and consultant in human capital and organization effectiveness. Her proven track record spans Big 5, global professional services, unionized manufacturing and military defense. She is experienced in team and organizational effectiveness, executive performance coaching, human capital strategy, employee retention, employee relations and industrial safety.

Theresa holds an MA in Organizational Behavior and Human Relations, a BS in Business Administration, and Senior Practitioner in Human Resource (SPHR). She is Adjunct Faculty in the Graduate School of Business and Management, University of Phoenix, and continues her professional development through graduate study in Organization Theory at the School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University.

Theresa contributed chapter content in "How to Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, Section 404: Assessing the Effectiveness of Internal Control (Ramos 2004), and she is a frequent speaker at state, regional, national and international business conferences.

Judith Duggan
Judy brings over twenty five years of experience in board of directors development; organizational assessment; consulting; and training. Her extensive experience in organizational and strategic planning, leadership development, accelerated decision making, organizational change and major corporate transformations has been gained in both the private and public sectors. She is experienced in management consulting within a Big-5 consulting environment and is adaptable to diverse functions, business units and cultures. Judy holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY, and is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; Leadership and Organizational Styles Inventory; Appreciative Inquiry; SYMLOG; Facilitation Tools and Techniques.


Ann Getz, PhD
Dr. Getz is an experienced organization development practitioner who specializes in the areas of strategic organizational transformation and change, organizational effectiveness, including team and leadership effectiveness, culture assessment and development, and knowledge management. She has over 15 years of experience, both as an external consultant and as an entrepreneur. She has consulted to Fortune 500 companies as well as non-profit organizations in a wide range of industries. Ann holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Organization Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) and a M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
